Wisdom of Pooh & Tigger Too was successfully funded on Kickstarter in 2024. Unfortunately, due to the unprecedented, volatile tariffs that were created under the current administration, in 2025 this project (among others) came to an abrupt halt as the tariffs added over $20k to the production costs. We’ve battled the tariffs over the last two years with little to no relief. However, in 2026, we we pivoted quite drastically and staggard all our projects in hopes that the extra costs could be absorbed more easily over the next year. We are very close to having the total amount needed included the extra costs, to move Tigger Too into production. Our current goals is to have the funds ready by the end of summer. For those who helped fund this project on Kickstarter and who continue to support he dream of bringing the 100% completed deck to fruition, THANK YOU!! It’s only because of you we are still moving forward.

The Wisdom of Pooh & Tigger Too! is a 78 card tarot deck based on the Rider Waite Smith (RWS) system. Kat L. Amsel is bringing our vision to life once again with her amazing talents. The artwork is a culmination of both old and new illustrations based on E.H. Shepard's classic work done for A. A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh in the 1920's. If you are a lover of all things Pooh and Tigger, you're going to want to add this deck to your library or collection.

The Standard Size deck will be standard tarot size of 2.75 in x 4.75 in (70 mm x 121 mm) printed on 350 GSM linen card stock in a eco-conscious facility. The standard deck will come in two options: 1) matte gold edging 2) Tigger Orange. Both come in a magnetic enclosure box with a matte finish with gold detailing and a small book with keywords as well as upright and reversed meanings.
The Mini Deck-in-a-Tin will measure 3.5 in x 2.25 in (89 mm x 57 mm) and be printed on 350 GSM linen card stock. All mini Tigger Too Decks comes in collectible tin. The mini deck also has the option of either matte gold or orange edging. The mini deck does NOT come with a guidebook. Instead, it has keyword cards.

If you would like to help Tigger go into production even faster, please consider purchasing any of our in-stock or print-on-demand products. All sales go to funding the production of Tigger and our other outstanding projects.

This second edition has had quite the overhaul! We've added more than 50% new artwork featuring Tigger and updated another 30% of the cards to incorporate Tigger into the existing artwork. So only 20% of the deck will have the same exact artwork as the first edition. We have also updated the backs for the Tigger Too! Kat has really outdone herself with this gorgeous back design.
Another change to the deck is that all standard size Tigger Too! decks will include a small guidebook that with keywords as well as upright and reversed meanings for each card. The Tigger Too! Mini Deck-In-A-Tin will come with keyword cards only.

Our current goal is to go to print by the end of summer if we can raise enough funds, which would mean the decks would begin shipping in the late fall 2026.

On January 1, 2022 Disney lost their copyright to E. H. Shepard & A. A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh (aka Classic Pooh) when Pooh and related creative works (from 1926 and prior) entered into the public domain. Once a creative work enters the public domain the copyright is null and void and the work becomes available to copy and adapt.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Disney retains the rights to the modern-day Winnie the Pooh character and it's related images (where he dons the little red shirt). Disney's Pooh is not the work of E.H. Shepard or A. A. Milne and is in no way affiliated with Rue & Vervain, LLC.

Tigger was the very last character to be added to the 100 Acre Woods and therefore didn't begin appearing in A.A. Milne's stories until 1928 when he made his debut in The House at Pooh Corner. Milne and illustrator, E.H. Shepards works from 1928 do not enter the Public Domain until January 1, 2024. Therefore, no, Tigger was not included in the first edition which is why we decide to release a 2nd Edition in 2024 to include Tigger.
