Rue & Vervain was opened on Etsy back in 2019 and specialized in handcrafted spellcasting and ritual supplies. However, as our passion grew for divination, so did our love for all things tarot and oracle. At the end of 2020, the decision was made to begin converting the shop entirely over to tarot, oracle, and divination supplies.

Then, in early 2021, the idea for the Earth, Moon, & Shadow Oracle was born after Serefina decided to share some of the experiences and lessons learned while on her own very intense and personal shadow work journey. The oracle deck was fully funded on Kickstarter in less than 7 days.

In December of 2021 when Serefina's partner shared an article with her about the copyright lapsing on E. H. Shepard's Winnie the Pooh, her mind went into overdrive. She immediately began planning and strategizing the possibility of a Pooh inspired tarot deck and invited her family to join in the project. Wisdom of Pooh Tarot earned over $420k on Kickstarter in February 2023 and additional $127k on BackerKit. Wisdom of Pooh & Tigger Too! will be coming to Kickstarter spring 2024.
