Rue & Vervain Return Policy
Thank you for bringing a piece of our magic into your life. We pour our hearts into crafting tactile, heirloom-quality tools, and we want you to be completely enchanted with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help you find your footing.
Standard Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your package arrives.
Condition: To qualify for a full refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging (with shrink-wrap intact, where applicable). Because tarot and oracle decks are deeply tactile and energetic tools, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or handled.
Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping label costs to send the item back to our Baltimore workshop.
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will issue a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) back to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Missing Items
Every package that leaves our space is packed with deep gratitude and intention. However, we know that the journey through the postal system can sometimes get a bit bumpy.
If your order arrives damaged, or if an item or guidebook is missing from your shipment, we will happily send you a replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you.
The Window: Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 days of your package’s arrival date (tracked via delivery confirmation).
How to Report: Please email us at sales@rueandvervain.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item or packaging so we can expedite your replacement right away.
Out-of-Print & Collector Editions
Because many of our flagship releases—including limited-run guidebooks and special box sets—are rare, non-replicable collector's heirlooms with strictly limited inventory, we highly recommend inspecting your tracking updates closely and reaching out within the 10-day window if anything goes awry during transit. Once our remaining stock is gone, we cannot replicate these specific editions.
